Our Process

Digital Guestbook print out with a portrait photograph of an elderly woman with white hair, smiling, and wearing a floral blouse. The card has the words "In loving memory" in cursive above the portrait.
Close-up of a white folded paper envelope with a printed address on the flap, resting on a plain brown background. The envelope partially reveals a message reading 'THANK YOU' on another sheet of paper inside.
A framed QR code with a photo of an elderly woman, featuring a large dried palm leaf decoration on a green wall.
A digital guestbook touchscreen in a wooden kiosk with a photo of an elderly woman, her name, birth and death dates, a QR code, and options for signing in on a device.

If clients choose to skip the touch screen kiosk every case comes with a ready-to-print QR template that can be stationed at various places around the event

Step 1

Our clients have the option to use a large touch screen kiosk for guests to sign in or scan a QR code and sign-in to the guestbook through their mobile device

Step 2

Families have the option to opt in to printed acknowledgements, each with pre addressed envelopes, high quality paper options, and the ability to pick the verse that is just right

Step 3

After the event is finished, the collected information is organized into a printable file that can be shared with families and kept for record keeping

Step 4

We at Simkins Funeral Home have been fortunate to work with The Digital Guestbook for several years now. The touch screen monitors they have provided have been received very well by the families that choose to use them.

What has been most beneficial to us is the accessibility of the team at The Digital Guestbook in the few times that we have had to request their assistance.

They have been attentive, thorough, and timely in resolving any issues that have arisen. Their proficiency in managing their product, and their knowledge of the industry has made them a valued partner, and an asset to our firm.
